My credit card isn’t working. What should I do?
We accept a variety of major credit and debit cards. If your payment isn’t processing, please double-check that your billing address and ZIP code match exactly what your bank has on file. Even small differences can cause the transaction to fail.
If the issue continues, try:

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
We will do our best to accommodate exchanges when possible. Once a presale has closed, all orders are considered final sale. However, we are happy to review exchange requests on a case-by-case basis.
If you receive a damaged item, please email Keziahsmith18@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for review.
